Issues With the lack of response from the help desk
I have been trying to get my account back from a hacker who has been mocking me on twitter for almoast a week now... I use minecraft to destress in my life and they took that away from me. The Help desk hasn't even once attempted to reach out to me since creating the tickets to atempt to get my account back. I would like my Java account back ASAP!

The hacker changed the email on the account and i didn't even get a email confirmation or notification about this at all! There is seriouse bugs relating to legacy accounts and email address changes and you all need to fix that ASAP!
