confirmation status is not usable for Java edition with basic search on the bugtracker

It is possible to specify on it using the advanced search function

To reproduce:

1. start a basic search
2. select Java edition as project
3. click on the more button to select new criteria
4. start to search on "confirmation status"
5. see that it is not available to use
