The mojang website to change the password did not respond

I want to change the password in Minecraft, because I use a complicated password and I lost the file since resetting the PC. When I want to change the password, the loading page to change the password doesn't respond and it loads very long and nothing appears, then I change the device from pc to android to enter the website, but when the verification code was sent, it didn't send properly, I didn't see anything in my gmail, and I remember buying minecraft with that email. so please fix it as soon as possible
