Can’t collect anything from Minecraft Earth

I can’t collect the sunset accessory’s or collect more than one tappable before I have to reload the game it says I have level achievements to collect but it says I’ve already collected them when I haven’t is there anything I can do I just want to play the game for the little time left that I can ☹️
