Migration issue

I have  a mojang account and decided to migrate to microsoft and as i was doing so my account that i recently created was locked and i tried to unlock it with the code but it didnt allow me, i tried to fix it by making a new account but it didnt let me. so now it wont let me migrate my minecraft account. help what do i do??
