Minecraft Account Not Accessible

So basically, logged on to my PC, opened Minecraft. And then tried logging in. It said login failed, so then I went to reset my password on the website, and I never got an email. I've had and owned this account since 2014, and I'm worried I will never get it back. Can someone please tell me what is going on? Thanks. (And yes I've already contacted support)
