Profile Name Change

I logged into my minecraft account for the first time in a few months and my profile/display name had been changed from my original name of ghostparadox. I went to my settings to change it back, but was met with a message saying I had to wait 29 days because it had already been changed today (1/11/2021). I was not the one to change it in the first place. Could someone please help me change it back?
