Purchasing Minecraft Java Edition is not possible (404)

What I expected to happen was...:
I thought I would be sent to some page where I can purchase Minecraft Java Edition.

What actually happened was...:

It sent me to site and there was written "WE'RE SSSSSSSORY" and that was there a month ago for me and today when I created new microsoft account it sad the same thing 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. I am not sure why it is doing this but I tried it on every computer in our house and all of them are saying the same but I just went to https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/store/minecraft-java-edition and clicked on BUY MINECRAFT and that is all to do that
