Many months ago, I discovered your support offers reclaiming the accounts of those who're dead, provided you are related and can show proof of this. (Death certificates)

Unfortunately, it has come to my attention that in the past few days people who attempt to misuse your support have noticed this feature, and are most likely now intent on forging death certificates.

It disgusts me the lengths to which people are willing to steal accounts, but I would headily advise that all employees who handle support tickets are fully capable of determining forgery from the real thing, and bear in mind that a lot of attempts to gain an account via this route will start appearing, an over abundance of which if they're to succeed / have already found success trying this.

Thank you for your attention, and I hope this can be appropriately forwarded to prevent anyone stealing accounts through this immoral route.
