minecraft java edition checkout eror

i am from moldova and i tried to buy minecraft java edition many times and every time it gives me a eror that says to check the card informations and i checked everythyng and i still cant buy minecraft java edition i tried with about 3 cards and contacted the bank and it still doesent work please resolve the problem
