Unable to join friends

On 21th December, my friends is unable to join my minecraft world. Not only me, all my friends unable to join me. I've uninstalled and reinstall the game and still same. There's I've changed in the game. I even bought the your game and the same problem still happens!! Fix all this immediate or return back my money and take back your crash game. Thanks.
