Marketplace problem :(

In start sorry about my english  I have a problem on minecraft.net. I redeem 1720 minecoins on microsoft account and when i want to buy a skin pack "castle life" by razzleberries. when i click on button "get this item" then i go to another window and i have black screen. I tried this on lots on maps and skin packs from your marketplace but every product have the same problem> can you help me ???
