Authentication servers are down, my server cannot connect to the mojang servers but the servers are online.

Hi, I have an issue, I just bought a dedicated server from WholeSaleInternet and I setup Multicraft and everything to host my server. Now on my side everything works perfectly but for some reason the server cannot connect to the Mojang servers and I believe this is because my dedicated server boxes may have been block from previous client of WholeSaleInternet. I have tried changing the ip but it is still in the ip range therefore it is still blocked.

Is there any possibility to check if the ip is blocked or if it is on my side? I have tried running it without multicraft and I get the same error, I just bought this dedicated server and can't afford to have this not work out.
