Cannot purchase launcher version of Minecraft Dungeons. Website issue.

Good evening, 

I have been trying for months to purchase a copy of Minecraft Dungeons, the launcher version that works with windows 7 to windows 10,  but cannot complete the purchase due to the website always giving me an error. I keep getting a "there was an error" popup when I select to go into my cart, then have a blank screen when I manage to get out of that popup and click "checkout."

I've tried clearing my browser, reinstalling my browser, using two different browsers, and finally trying the whole process on three different computers (all with different internet providers). I just want to buy the game, I don't care how at this point. Even if you just need to give me the contact information for the billing department.

Any help would be appreciated.
