Cannot change password on my childrens' accounts

Hi,

My children cannot log onto Minecraft any longer. We tried to succesfully reset the password but they are still unable to access their accounts with the new password.

Their usernames are:

• EricRK2
• TheCuteSophie

Can you please let me know what we do wrong or whether there is a momentary issue with the login process?
