Not able to log into Minecraft

So basically, whenever I try to log in on the Minecraft official website, but no matter how many times I press the login button, it doesn't go in. By the way, I'm in Australia and the same problem for the launcher as well and is says 'sorry! make sure you're connected and try again'. Thanks
