Cannot sign up to Mojang Account

I Planned to buy Mojang Account to play Minecraft on Java Edition.

Unfortunately this error occurs to me while i try to create an account: "IllegalArgumentException: Undeliverable email address.".

Is there any reason of it or is it a bug?
