Minecoins not showing and unable to access Marketplace

Hi, I cannot access Marketplace - I keep getting an error message to check my internet connection (which is fine). I also purchased mine coins tonight (have the email from Nintendo), but these aren't showing on my account. Also, a resource pack I have previously purchased, is now saying I need to purchase? Please help.
