Minecraft is unable to be purchased using Alipay

I am not able to purchase Minecraft using Alipay at the moment. After pressing the 'Purchase for 165RMB" button, it redirects us to 'adyen', however it says it could not process the request.  After searching, it seems like the same problem did happen months ago for others. Is this able to be fixed soon?
