No credit cards are working for purchase of Java edition

I supply my credit card information. I've verified all the information is correct. I've gotten as far as verifying it is my credit through my banks mobile app and through text codes, so it is clearly able to associate the credit card information with my account. However, every time I verify through the app or providing the text code it still fails to purchase the product.
