Creating accounts by stolen / generated credit card numbers - fully activated and working

Dear Mojang,
I've been playing your game for a while now, and now I see my friends are tossing with a method that gets them free Minecraft accounts. I didn't use it. I searched on how to report the big security problem.

Here it is:

Step 1: Go to http://www.minecraft.net and register a new account.

Step 2: Once you have registered and verified your account you will be on this page.

Step 3: Set your country and billing country to Brazil.

Step 4: Visit http://www.namsoccgen.com/ and where it says "Inserte su Bin" put this there: 5466042023xxxxxx

Step 5: Tick the box that says "Fecha" in the "Agregar" section and then click Generar Tarjetas.

Step 6: Copy and paste the credit card number (no it's not a real credit card number) and enter it on minecraft.net

Step 7: For the expiration date put 10/20 (day/month) and for the cvv put 337 and set the postal code to: 444153

Step 8: You should be prompted to a success screen confirming that you have successfully purchased a minecraft account!
