No Response. for 3 months.

I've been trying to get a hold of someone for months. I don't get emails from mojang support. I've tried everything from email stuff (trash bin spam and junk folders) from reaching out on twitter and on discord and I've gotten nothing. Yet I get an account confirmation email instantly from you guys here on Jira. Is something going on over there? 

I've given them my transaction information on the "Minecraft Support Center" and I've got at bare minimum two cases open. However I can NEVER access them again since it requires me to create a new ticket every time I try to check it. It's annoying to move around on there. Is there a number I can call or a certain email I can give a level headed email to?
