Didn't get the Free Bedrock Edition Code

Ok so here's the issue. I've had Minecraft Java edition since May 3rd, 2012, and I've just found out that anyone who's had the game before October 19, 2018, should get a free copy of the Bedrock edition of Minecraft. So I checked where everyone said the redemption code should be but I do not have the option. Does anyone know how I can get the code?
