My new game doesn't appear on my games list

I bought Minecraft windows 10 from your website.  I was logged in to my account.  But it's not listed with my Minecraft Java.  Because of this I can't change my skin or the crazy name that the game gave me.  Why aren't they linking up when I followed your links to buy it?
