Users are allowed to change their usernames to accented letters.

I was told that a user changed their Minecraft username to a name with accents. It looks like an i with no dot, and a very long i. This is most likely due to name changing being removed from the mojang site. The usernames is supposedly Bitcoin_Bandit, but the i's are weird. I've heard that usernames with like dots or spaces can bypass bans and servers, and these account probably can too, because an admin would type Bitcoin_Bandit, but there are weird letters, so they cant ban the guy. I made this private because it's a server-breaking exploit.
