I cannot login into any of my accounts

I was trying to sign into my old mojang account and it wasn't working. It wasn't a big deal since I had not bought minecraft as of yet. So I made a new account I did everything I was supposed to, like putting in my email, password, and birth date. I get the code and I enter the code and it tells me to login. So I input the right email and password and the robot verification thing popped up and I did that and the a message on the screen says, "An error prevented your request from being processed. Please try again." I picked to by the java edition and I'm using a windows 10 pc. Is it just happening to me because of the device I'm using? I am asking this because I tried to login to the website on my phone and it worked then. I also tried different browser to see if that would allow me to sign in but that also didn't work. Is there a reason for this?
