Already bough Java eddition, and won't let download.

Well, today I recently wanted to play minecraft. I have already bought it on another computer. I have a skin I put on before hopping on, even changed my name! And when I attempted to download apparently, I have to buy it again, what the? I am not blaming you or nor saying its a scam from mojang, I rather just play minecraft again.
