Emails not being sent after ideas are shot down

For the past few months, I’ve been experiencing a weird issue on the feedback site. Oftentimes, I make a suggestion for a specific feature, but it ends up removed at random, even when it was approved. I was later told I was supposed to receive an email explaining what went wrong, but I have never once gotten an email relating to the feedback, not even in the junk folder. I tried to check and see if I just used the wrong email address for the feedback account, but I didn’t. Even then, figuring out which email I was using for that account was more difficult than it should have been.
