minecraft website is the only website that appears like this when i sign up or buy an account

Whenever i try to create an account in Minecraft, a weird text only page appears, this is the only page that appears like this. i tried everything from restarting my computer, refreshing, hard refreshing(ctrl f5), and deleting the things inide the hosts file in drivers in system 32.
