No mention of Google Analytics on mojang.com

According to the browser add-on Ghostery, mojang.com is using Google Analytics. However, there is no mention anywhere on mojang.com that it is using Google Analytics.
Please take a look at section 7 of https://www.google.se/analytics/terms/se.html as the Google Analytics Terms of Service, including in Swedish, requires that you disclose its use in your privacy policy.
