Easier downloading of skins

To download skins,we have to get apps and all,but sometimes,it's says :«We don't think it's a skin image».So,because of that,a lot of users can't use the skin they want,and that's hard to get it.So I want an easier and faster loading of skins.Thank you.If there’s some fault,forgive me.I’m French.
