I cant login in my account that i got as a bday gift

For some reason i cant login to my account on the minecraft launcher java edition, i have had problems even logging in on the minecraft.net web page. I dont know if it's my pc being retarded or something, but i just cant login at all. I've logged in on my phone and got everything verified for minecraft through my phone, i can login to my account on the mojang website, but i cant login on the minecraft.net page at all on my pc. I do have minecraft, i know thats not the problem.
