Unable to claim free copy of Minecraft Windows 10 Edition

Recently, I tried claiming my free Windows 10 Edition copy, and I got an error, it said : "Error! It looks like we've temporarily run out of gift codes for Minecraft for Windows 10. Don't worry though, more codes should be on their way. Please check back later! ". I waited an hour and tried again; nothing. A day went by, I try it again; same error. I tried logging in and out, switching devices, nothing seems to have helped.
