link in minecraft.net not match with app in microsft store

I want to  play minecraft in my computer(PC) windwows 10. I buy minecraft by this step (attached pictures) , then I recieve minecraft starter collection but it cannot found my device and cannot install to my computer(PC window10 v.18362.476). Why step in your website bring me to  buy wrong minecraft. does your website deceive me or not ?
