Software closes cause of an error occured

Everytime I create a new world on my Nintendo switch it won't let me play. Before it completely appears the screen goes black and says the software closed because an error occured. Also when it finally does decides to create my world I try to add a second player it seems it about to split the screen they it becomes back as one player. It did let before but I would like it to go back when it was letting me please
