Cannot claim windows 10 Minecraft Bedrock edition

Hi there,

I am currently trying to claim Minecraft Bedrock edition for Windows 10, as I owned the Java version before last October I thought this would be possible. 

I have logged into my Mojang account and clicked on "Claim your free copy", but keep receiving the error in the image attached.
