I Can Not Post Feedback On Minecraft's Uservoice

For a while now, I have been trying to post feedback on Minecraft's Uservoice, but I keep on getting an error page (image attached). Why is this happening to me? I also tried submitting feedback through Google Chrome, but that also gave me an error.
