minecraft.net name change layout allows 1, 2 and 17+ character usernames to change the capitals

Previously, Mojang implemented a system that would disallow people from changing the capitals on 1, 2 and 16+ characters (yes, names longer than 16 characters exists). Might also work on accounts with "special" characters in them Anyway, here is an example.
