Three punctuation errors in the EULA

The EULA contains three punctuation errors.

1. USING OUR GAME, seventh paragraph: fair dealing" is missing an opening quotation mark (unlike "fair use" earlier in the sentence).
2. CONTENT, third paragraph: there is  ' at the end of the paragraph that does not belong.
3. UPDATES, third paragraph: both instances of "'as is"' in the first few sentences have one instance of "' the wrong way around (i.e. it should either be "'as is'" or '"as is"').
