Cannot create an issue for minecraft for ps4 on mobile device

Trying to select the minecraft console edition in the dropbox only selects the bedrock dedicated server or the minecraft (bedrock codebase) options. I'm trying to report an issue with creepers not being afraid of cats/ocelots in the overworld.
