When trying too chat I get #### instead of words

So on Inpvp when ever I try to chat "Hello" or "Hello how are you?" instead of the words I get #####. But when this happens my friends can't see them, and when I am trying too roleplay on that High School Roleplay it does the same thing and I can't chat with people.
