Markdown formatting partially broken, and it inserts newlines in places I don't mean to

There are some issues on the site, such as the markdown formatting. Sometimes it works and sometimes it does not if it is a single line it works but _if there is a paragraph

it does not_
Also, I try to type a minecraft command in a different report and all over the command random new lines are inserted. as shown in the image
