Realms Website Bug

I decided to buy realms. I started a trial 3 years ago that I don't want to extend. When trying to buy realms, the subscription details said that I was extending my previous world no matter what I selected. Here is the picture showing contradictory details. It would be nice to know which one I'm paying for and for the issue to be solved as soon as possible.
