Username "Blocking"

I have found a MAJOR bug. LAST TIME, THIS WAS MARKED AS DUPLICATE IT IS NOT PLEASE READ THE END ASWELL.

When a "rare" name is released people like http://chearful.ninja "block" them. Blocking is when you exploit the api so nobody can change their name to that name and only they can. It is not sniping. I know what im talking about. http://chearful.ninja/blocking explains it. Names such as "Leg" and "Slits" were both blocked by them. The name should be available but it is not for the public, only them.

This is not an account issue. This is a method they use to exploit your system of reserving some username. DO NOT IGNORE. THIS IS A MAJOR ISSUE. DESIRABLE USERNAMES ARE TAKEN AND RESERVED.
