Duplicate usernames with different uuids

Marked this as private as this could be used to impersonate accounts although im not sure on the method in which it was achieved.

 

There are two usernames which are exactly the same yet the uuids differ, i believe this behaviour was meant to be blocked when changing usernames via the website, so there is something fishy going on here
