Change name uppercases without waiting 30d

The bug

You can change the uppercases of your name without waiting 30d.

(this is also server side, check screenshots)

How to reproduce

1. Go to .minecraft.
2. Open launcher_profiles.json.
3. Find your username, change the uppercases to what you want. save the file.
4. Load Minecraft, you'll see the uppercases of your name are changed.
5. You can do this unlimited.
