Typos on 1.13 changelog

I know they're not bugs but where else should I post this?

Says you need 9 nautilus shells to craft a conduit when you only need 8
Says you need 8 dried kelp to craft a kelp block when you need 9
Doesn't mention buried treasure or their maps
