Capes disable for everybody

The capes were not working for the most of player.

The problem seams to be random (the cape work for some player, but not for others) This affect all types of cape (minecon, mojang staff,etc.),

It seams that the problem is that the cape setting from minecraft.net account was resetted for many (all ?) players. It is possible to reenable this setting on minecraft.net, but the most of players will probably not understand this.

The mojang staff is also affected: jeb_, dinnerbone, notch, etc. loose there mojang cape for the moment.
