Do not find any more files

Hello having closed my throw for stop simply and having reopened it, it does not know me any more at the level of the login and "to delete" all the versions which I had installed. While when I go to the file root of minecraft ( .minecraft ) all the files are still present! And even by putting it a back up of these files that does not work. Help me PLEASE. Beforehand thank you.
