Unable to sign into the feedback website

When ever I try to sign into the feedback.minecraft.net website, it doesn't allow me,instead it sends me to this page- http://support.xbox.com/en-GB/my-account/manage-gamertag-and-profile/add-child-to-family-account-online. I know that I have to be over 14 to sign in and I am over 14, I checked my microsoft account and I have entered the d.o.b correctly.
